International cancer experts have moved tanning beds and other sources of ultraviolet radiation into the top cancer risk category, deeming them as deadly as arsenic and mustard gas. For years, scientists have described tanning beds and ultraviolet radiation as “probable carcinogens.”
Police records indicate that the raid on a gay bar in Fort Worth on June 28 was prompted by a man’s arrest for public intoxication two days earlier, according to WFAA-TV.
Video from a cruiser shows the man being arrested after officers saw him leaving the Rainbow Lounge very intoxicated earlier in the evening. Later that weekend, Fort Worth police officers and agents from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission returned to the establishment for what they called a routine bar check.
In addition, police recordings reveal that on the night of the raid, an officer called for help after he went inside the Rainbow Lounge. His call was prompted by a bar patron who blew a kiss at the officer.
One bar patron, Chad Gibson, received a serious head injury and was hospitalized because of the raid. LGBT activists are calling for an independent investigation.
After Perez called Will.I.Am a faggot, has finally apologized only to say that if he was won his lawsuit against the Black Eyed Peas manager (who assaulted him), he would donate portions to the Matthew Shepard foundation. Well, Judy Shepard shot down any prospects for a received donation! Read Below.
The Matthew Shepard Foundation was surprised to learn this morning via media reports that blogger Perez Hilton (Mario Lavandeira) has announced he plans to donate, to our organisation, the proceeds of a lawsuit he is contesting over an altercation which has been widely reported in recent days.
We had no advance notice or contact from Mr. Hilton or his representatives regarding this proposal, nor any communication since he posted this plan to his website.
We do not know the details of the lawsuit, whether it has been filed, the nature of his claims or the likely outcome. But because the lawsuit presumably involves the physical attack prompted by Mr. Hilton’s admitted use of an anti-gay slur, the Foundation will be unable to accept any funds obtained in such a manner.
We very much appreciate the generosity of the offer to support our continuing work to memorialize Matthew through activism in defence of sexual minorities and in favour of understanding, compassion, and acceptance. But because so much of our work involves education to reduce the use of hateful language against gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons, or those so perceived, it would be inappropriate for us to benefit financially from circumstances in which such a verbal attack was involved.
While we applaud Mr. Hilton’s apology to the LGBT community and their loved ones for his use of such a slur, we also feel compelled to point out that use of epithets can often lead to physical violence, as it appears it may have in this case, and that the Matthew Shepard Foundation has worked for more than 10 years to bring to people’s attention the consequences of hateful or inolerant language.

Blogger wanna-be personality cried wolf last night and places Black Eye Peas lead singer/rapper/produce Will.I.Am to blame.
But, not only has Perez been branded a liar, he has errupted fans of both sides. Perez Tweeted for HELP last night, which in return flooded the Toronto police… i.e.. when someone else had a real problem, they could not get thru.
The media attention hooker Tweeted the following instead of calling the police himself:

It is pretty strange how he Tweeted and contacted his Lawyer while Bleeding like crazy.
In response, Will.I.Am told his side of the story via the web. I.e… saying that Perez was mean to Fergie and he stood up for her, only to have a drunk Perez call him a FAGGOT.
In response to that, the over weight/obese blogger Perez said that he was not looking for Drama, but only writes about it. In the Oscar worthy video, the pig cries, pulls God into it, and ends will calling Fergie fugly. Nice. This will only help his report I am sure.
With hopes that Will.I.Am countersues, only time will tell.
Note to self though… If you are hurt and Bleeding and fearing for your life, but you have a Lady GaGa body guard, you should not Tweet and call your lawyer.
Perez thrust himself even more into the spotlight by making the Miss California ordeal nation wide… Looks like he wanted to dig in further by messing with the Number 1 Band/Group in the World right now.

I have never been diagnosed, nor treated for bi-polar disorder.
I have shared with my friend’s and boyfriends previously what it actually was, but alas, I guess when your own sister exclaims that I was treated for something else, people start to believe it.
So, let’s clear a few things up.
For a number of years I saw two psychologist that I saw on a regular basis. One in Fort Worth and one in Denton at UNT. I was then recommended to go on a full dose of Welbutrin for almost 3 years. After my insurance ended, my doctor and I talked about me coming off of it.
Welbutrin is used to treat depression and is also prescribed for people to stop smoking. It gives you a steady boost of energy to help monitor and control your mood; stabilize it.
So, no bi-polar what-so-ever! Not that anything is wrong with anyone having it, I have just never had it. Plain and simple.
For a number of years, I also sought treatment for B.D.D. It is called Body Dysmorphia Disease. In a nut shell, it when someone looks in the mirror and sees something horrible and ugly.. when the world does not see you as the same.
I guess I am coming clean on a couple of things, not just to clear up rumor control B.S, but to speak out about it. People are not really educated on certain things, so when one sees a doctor for help or is prescribed something, family members and friends assume it bi-polar disease. Most people do not know any better.
After years of counseling, I can honestly say that I am Not 100%, and I will not pretend to be. But, I am in a MUch Better place than I have previously been.
As most of my friends have noticed, I am always talking down on my looks and weight.. It is just part of it..
So, there it is. Just so you know.
